ArtEO is thrilled to announce a new artistic project: Stray Light Exorcism by Anica Huck. Through 2025, the artist is investigating so-called “stray light effects” in satellites – those ghostly echoes of light that interfere with image capture, producing bright circles, halos, and illusions. She will transform these aberrations into multisensory, interactive sculptures, drawing on her unique expertise as an artist, and her background in Earth Observation.

Over this period, ArtEO will support Anica in bringing her vision to life, and capture insights on her process to guide future art-science collaborations.
